John Hettenbach and I are having a free 2-hour course on casting (101 level) on Saturday, June 19.
We are still working out the location but we hope it can be at the St. James Community Center. Big Jim Larson is trying to check on that for us. It will all be outside in the parking lot and around the three ponds we use for casting when we have our meetings. We can handle a bit of rain but not lightning.
This is aimed at CFF members but not limited to them. If you have a friend or neighbor who is interested in learning, encourage them to come or bring them with you.
We will be back in touch about the exact location but know that from 10:00-Noon a week from tomorrow on Saturday, June 19, we will be having fun learning about casting a fly rod.
