Stuart Creighton, Eastern Regional Director, CCA (Coastal Conservation Association) NC www.ccanc.org discussed CCA’s work to improve both habitat and angler access in NC. He addressed the work done on the Oyster Mile in the New River near Jacksonville where CCA was a critical partner in establishing this oyster sanctuary.
