The formal meeting starts at 6 PM.
Weather permitting, casting practice runs from 5 – 6 PM with socializing from 5:30 – 6:00 (get to know everyone!)
For the January meeting, the casting is cancelled
The Cape Fear Flyfishers will hold a general meeting on Wednesday, February 19, at 6:00 p.m. at the St. James community center.
Pre-meeting Activity: It will be too dark for casting practice. You are welcome to show up a bit early to network in the community center.
Program/Speaker: Nicolay from the Tuck Fly Shop will discuss fishing in Western NC via Zoom. This is our chance to assess how the fishing changed after the hurricanes. The Tuck Fly Shop has a great website – plenty of good info!
Post meeting Activity: For those interested in networking with other club members, we will go to Paul’s in Oak Island for a burger and beverage after the meeting.
