January Clinic – January 17

The Casting Clinic will be at Jim White’s farm

No experience or equipment is required.  If you have a fly rod, bring it.  Otherwise, use our collection.  There is no charge from this clinic, of course.  Also, bring your own water or soft drinks to stay hydrated. 

The farm is at 678 Cherrytree Road, Winnabow, NC.  It is easy to find and there are 4 acres for parking and casting.  Turn off US 17 at Green Hill Road at the Winnabow Volunteer Fire Department.  Follow Green Hill for about 1/2 mile- until it bears off to the right.  You want to go straight and will find yourself on Cherrytree Road.  Follow Cherrytree for about 1 mile.  You will come to a hard right turn slow down because you will be turning right down a paved driveway very soon- just past two live oak trees planted near the road.  There are several huge pine trees beside the paved driveway with three buildings just beyond the end of the pavement: a one-story building on the left.
