FEATURED SPEAKER

The featured speaker was Captain Allen Cain of Sightfish NC, a fly and light tackle guide service.  He comes highly recommended by Big Jim and Rev Jim.  His contact information is : 336-613-2975, allenc4593@gmail.com , www.sightfishnc.com.  He spends 9-10 months of the year in the local waters, a few weeks each year in Weldon during the Stripers annual trek upriver to spawn and then two months of the year in Louisiana chasing redfish.  His talk was informative and motivating.  He showed several videos he has taken with his drone.  These videos had more fish than one sees in an aquarium!

The following select slides highlight his presentation.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:00 PM.

A group of twelve people including Allen Cain continued discussion over dinner at Beacon 315.  It was a good discussion and the fish stories grew into the evening.

Respectfully submitted,

Dennis Falkenstein
