Flyfishers International (FFI) will be sponsoring a trip to Morehead City on November 8-10. We had 4 members attend this trip last year and it was a very well run program.
If you have not already signed up, this is your last chance to get the discounted rate at the Bask Hotel.
The salt-water species targeted include false albacore, bluefish, redfish, seatrout, sharks and spanish mackerel in the ocean and its local tributaries.
Capt. Tom Roller of https://waterdogguideservice.com/, member of the South Atlantic Fisheries Management Council will give a talk on Friday evening about fishing in the local area.
There is a block of rooms reserved at the Bask Hotel for “FFI.” Getting a guide for this trip is recommended, but surf fishing is also very good in the area. There are some available guides listed below, but this is a busy time of the year, so DON’T WAIT to book one.
